The staff here were really nice and friendly, which made my stay pleasant. the room was a good size and looked like it had just been cleaned. the beds were comfy and I had a good night's sleep 😊.

The morel is conveniently located in commercial zone outside Cleveland. It has a laundry room. It does not have a restaurant/café but it is possible to buy ready-made food from vending machine and warm it at microwave oven. Free coffee served in the morning.

Not really. It was perfect value for money and very convenient for one night stand when passing by.

Little hotel, I stayed here with my dogs. The room was brand-new and decent sized, and the pool was a nice one. There were a microwave oven and a refrigerator upon arrival. The location was particularly good and convenient, close to everything, in the nice area. Tried some nice meals at Cracker Barrel, located steps away from the property.

The climate control, multi-channel TV, and microwave oven in our quadruple room were very useful during our stay. the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. - the hotel's location is unbeatable, as it is close to everything.

The price was excellent and the room was basic, but clean and comfortable. More than adequate for our stay.

The lobby area and elevator do not represent the hotel's rooms very well. A fresh coat of paint and thorough cleaning could improve the overall image greatly.

First 2 rooms we were assigned had not been made up--- this was at 7pm. Water on warm --not hot. N plugs for the bath tub.

The location is ideal for exploring Willoughby, with restaurants, entertainment, and shopping nearby. Subway is easily accessible from the hotel for meals.

When I arrived, I was told, that my number was sold already because they failed to withdraw money from my credit card. Though, it's said, that bookin is free.

Rooms were large, bathroom,too. No hair dryer in rooms, but called the desk and they had one to borrow.

We were on a non smoking floor and room, however, the room smelled like smokers have been in it, when mentioned at desk, they just stated that maybe someone in the floor below was smoking. This was a big problem for us. No coffee in rooms, but they offered coffee in the desk area. No decaf available
